DSLR time lapse clips of a slow moving storm system to drift across South Central Illinois early this day. I was on the northern fringe so although my area didn't get the heavy rain like points south, we did witness a continuous lightning display in the cloud canopy. Further W in Morgan and Sangamon counties, over 4 inches of rain was reported resulting in widespread flash flooding.
