I was driving home the other day and wanted to just share with you guys for a minute about my frustrating week. I wanted to talk about spring burn out and staying motivated.
Most of us, especially up here in MI, have been dealing with some very rainy spring conditions, which has made our schedules crazy. I didn't want to just whine or rant, so I wanted to give you guys some encouragement if you're in the same boat as I am.
This is one of the rainiest spring's on record up here in MI, and you can definitely see the results of all the rain. Super tall grass, ponding on all of our properties, even the flat ones, and on and on.
With spring conditions and all of us running 6-7 days a week, there's bound to be frustrations. Whether it's equipment breaking down, people quitting, or all of the above, I wanted to do a quick video to just encourage you guys to simply: embrace the suck.
